Did you know peanut sauce is used in many traditional Asian cuisines? Try this inspired REESE'S Thai Chicken Pizza that checks all the flavor boxes — sweet, salty, fresh, spicy and beyond. The addition of REESE'S Peanut Butter Sauce to a favorite go-to food is sure to surprise and delight guests.
Heat convection oven to 350°F (standard oven: 400°F).
Prepare PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE: Using wire whisk, stir together REESE'S Peanut Butter Sauce, soy sauce, oil, sugar, honey, Chinese five spice, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, ginger and curry powder in large heavy-bottomed saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
Stir together 8 fl. oz. PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE and cooked chicken in large bowl. Set aside.
For each 8-inch PIZZA, spread approximately 3 tablespoons PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE evenly over pizza crust. Cover sauce with 1/2 cup prepared chicken mixture. Sprinkle 2 oz. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 oz. grated carrots and 1 chopped green onion on top of chicken.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven; garnish each pizza with 1/2 tablespoon minced cilantro and 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts. Cut; serve immediately. Makes 16 (8-inch) pizzas.
