Stir together cocoa and powdered sugar, blending well. Mix can be stored in covered container in a cool, dry place. Will make 48 cups Mocha Coffee.
Single Serving: Place 1 tablespoon MOCHA MIX in 5 or 6-oz. cup. Add hot coffee; stir to blend thoroughly. Add 1 teaspoon light cream; stir. Garnish with dollop of sweetened whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Multiple Servings: In automatic coffee brewer, brew full batch coffee in 12 cup decanter. Add 1/2 cup MOCHA MIX; stir to blend thoroughly. Portion into 5 or 6-oz. cups as needed. Add 1 teaspoon light cream; stir. Garnish with dollop of sweetened whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately. About 16 servings.
