Place marshmallows and HERSHEY'S Simply Syrup in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 2 minutes or until melted and smooth when stirred. Cool to room temperature (approximately 20 minutes).
Mix heavy cream in cold 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment until stiff, gradually fold into chocolate mixture.
Spoon into dessert dishes. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until set. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
