Even better, this recipe is customizable — experiment with almonds, walnuts and different types of candy.
Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared pan. Stir together HERSHEY'S Cocoa and baking soda in medium bowl; add butter. Set aside.
Stir together sugar, corn syrup and heavy cream in large heavy-bottomed saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until mixture reaches 300°F on candy thermometer (Bulb of candy thermometer should not rest on bottom of saucepan.)
Remove from heat; stir in cocoa mixture. Immediately pour onto prepared pan. With wooden spoon, quickly spread and pull into 1/4-inch thickness. Immediately sprinkle with HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or HEATH Toffee Bits. Place on wire rack; cool completely. Snap into pieces; store in tightly covered container.
